  • I try to make your life as easy as possible by providing a checklist/clear instructions on what I need to get us started (hint, cloud based storage is our friend). But you will need to carve out some time to do this. Usually an hour or so each month is all the time I will need from you. That gets less and less the longer we work together. I want to take as much off your plate as possible- in the early stages we just have to get to know each other and I'll often need your approval on blog posts, social media copy, image selection, etc. Once we work through those things, I'm quite resourceful and should be able to get I need without you having to spend more than 15 minutes a week!

  • Lot and lots of questions and frequent Voxer messages help! We also have an extensive questionnaire to help guide me. We pride ourselves on being able to put ourselves in your shoes to convey YOUR message. Having a background in weddings helps because you don't have to spend time educating us about the unique-ness of weddings!

  • After the inital three month term, we work on a month-to-month basis (with a 30-day notice period). We accept credit cards and Paypal.

  • In the beginning, likely a few times a month. As time passes, we may only talk once a month or so. We'll establish this frequency, based on your preference, in the early stages as everyone has different preferences!

  • You want things done and you're ready to release a little control. You have some great systems in place, but you're overwhelmed and know your time could be spent on other things that you likely enjoy WAY more than anything that I can do for you!

  • Currently, every client’s primary point person is Serena. However, you will likely be assigned a customer success manager as well. We’re a very collaborative team, but do our best to streamline your communication.
